I fill my tires regularly with my air compressor in my garage, you know the one with the tank that never gets drained. So I was wondering, could the water vapor that accumulates in my tires every time I fill them freeze and cause them to be out of balance?

I had an ’87 Dodge Daytona that I bought a couple of years ago and to make a long, sad story short the top part of the engine was put back together wrong so it caught fire and died but I got to it in time with the hose so all of the parts (except for the engine of course) survived. I bought an ’89 Dodge Daytona recently and I was wondering what kind of parts would be useful to pull out of the old car since they are pretty much the same. I’m already taking the window louvers, tires, alternator, and air compressor out because they are things I know I’ll need. But I don’t know what else is handy to have that will save me a lot of money in the future when it goes out on my ’89.

Why are not all the greenies protesting this tool store for littering our country with useless junk? I tried to repair my jone year old air compressor (the awesome 30 day warranty expired) which was used about three times to fill tires and found out after calling them that they no longer parts for these but they’re still selling the compressors. Disposable tools, but the tree huggers are protesting
grocery bags and letting china ruin our country with this trash? Now I must throw it in the landfill because it’s useless.

A compressor delivers air at a pressure of 3 bar and 350K to a 10 litre tank.what will be the equilibrium pressure and temperature in the tank after the tank is connected to a flat tyre without a non return valve. Assume the tyre initially has a temperature of 300K, a pressure of 1 bar and a volume of 3 litres. Neglect any change in the tyre volume and any heat losses and assume the process is reversible.
Assume for air R=287 J/kgK, Cp=1004J/kgK

I was working in the garage at my bench just now. It is late. It is quiet. I heard a low buzzing sound. I thought it was the neighbors air compressor filling up maybe, but that wasn’t it. I finally deduced that the sound was coming from the rear of my girlfriends car. It almost sounded like the tires were inflating a little bit or something because the car was also making noises as if the suspension was moving. It was definitely a mechanical sound, not like a leak or anything. It stopped after about 2 minutes. Any ideas?

I have a 12 year old house with 3 A/C units. The A/C unit in the Attic developed condensation both in the Drip Pan and the overflow pan. I have tried everything as follows:
Cleaned out the drain pipe. We see water flow from the t connection out to the exit at the side of the house
Used bleach and warm water
I have an air compressor and blown out the line, both directions.
The internal fan for the a/c is on all the time
Use a wet dry vac to suck out the pan
We have had occasions when the pan overflowed and left a nasty stain in the ceiling. There is a kill switch and most of the time it works.
It seems that the condensation is not making it to the Drip Pipe internally. Is that possible? What else could be malfunctioning in the unit to cause so much condensation?
I am emptying out 2 5 gallon buckets a day of water.
My a/c guy just says there is a blockage in the system!
I need help as I am tired of climbing the steps to the hot attic to drag down water!

Ok thanks to all who have responded. When we poor water/bleach down the t-connector it travels 24 feet accross the attic and then down 3 levels an exits pretty quickly. This is why the we think the problem is in the unit. When I put my han in the filter opening and pull the filter out I can feel water driping pretty freely. We do have a switch in the pan and thats how we know the pan is full. The upstairs gets warm pretty quickly.
As suggested we are going to call someone Monday. Again thanks for the help.
Happy fathers day. Went to attic early this morning.opened the a/c unit. I could see drainage line was clear. Let unit run 2 cycles and drainage worked properly. WhAt I noticed was at the bottom of the unit was full of water and it had 5 submerged old filters. Removed filters drained pan with wetdry.
@ least 5 gallons of water. Closed unit back up. Checked 2x in last 4 hours and drain pan is dry. Thanks again to all who responded

I bought an Infiniti G35 with custom rims not too long ago, i went to check the tire pressure and found out the front rims’ tire valve doesnt clear the rim enough to seat the air compressor. I need to fill up my tires. Any thoughts?
